Return / Refund Policy

  • We pay for return shipping if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the listing description. These cases must be reported within 7 days of your receipt.
  • If you’ve simply changed your mind about an item, or buyer wants to return it for any reason including PRICE, please let us know by eBay message first. Buyer will receive return instructions and a RA number. In these cases, buyer is responsible for return postage or we send a Return Label to the buyer, with a minimum charge.
  • Items like GOLD, SILVER, Fragile items or over U$250 are non-returnable.
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt of buyer’s order. Any product of buyer’s return must be in the same condition with the original packaging we ship.
  • Refund will be followed within 2-3 business days after our scan & inspection. Following to the result of our inspection, the amount of refund could be deducted.

Canceled Orders / Refused Shipments

  • If you've already submitted your order and then realize you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to cancel the order and keep it from shipping out, however we can NOT guarantee that will be possible.
  • If you refuse a shipment, be aware that the shipping charged on the order will not be refunded to you, and you will also be charged a 20% restocking fee for the items.
